Birth Roar offers full-spectrum doula care for individuals and couples who are thinking about becoming parents, currently pregnant, or adjusting to life postpartum.
My doula work focuses on emotional support, education, and nervous system–aware preparation—supporting mood, identity shifts, and relationship dynamics as families grow. I offer guidance around family planning conversations, pregnancy support, labor preparation and coping skills, and postpartum care that includes infant feeding education and emotional integration.
This care is inclusive, affirming, and designed to meet families where they are—whether support looks like preparation, processing, or simply having someone walk alongside you through change.
Support is available virtually and in-home, and may or may not include birth attendance.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a background in trauma-informed care and years of experience supporting individuals navigating mental health, identity, and major life transitions.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and nervous system–aware approach, with a special focus on the perinatal period. I support clients through family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional complexities that can arise around birth, feeding, loss, and identity shifts.
Therapy at Birth Roar is relational and integrative—holding both emotional experience and the body’s response to stress, change, and care work. I offer support for individuals and couples seeking preparation for birth and parenting, navigating perinatal mood and anxiety concerns, processing grief or bereavement, and building resilience during times of transition.
